I specialise in helping you drop fat (not just weight), helping you overcome emotional eating and overeating so you can enjoy life, enjoy meals out and enjoy wearing nice clothes, bikinis and shorts without feeling self conscious.

I help you to eat real food (I don't believe in shakes or fad diets) and enjoy your training so you can get in the best shape of your life.

I have been where you are now. I hated my body, I wished I could just cut my fat off, I restricted my eating only to binge on the weekends, I felt self conscious in my bikini of my stomach, I constantly compared myself to other girls. You know what? Now I couldn't care less, I'm happy and healthy, it's taken years of trial and error for me to get to this point which is why I want to help you get there quicker than I did!
